We give you an idea what the property is worth but with Lettings you set the price. If you want to go ahead we then send over a list of questions to create your advert, you attach the pics and floorplan if you have one and then we go live on the property portals and then the leads come flying in.

Do as much or as little as you want to!
We now have two options either take advantage of our Advertise Only offer of £100 inc vat to advertise your property this includes advertising your property on Rightmove and Zoopla and your digitally signed contract. (Other add ons like credit search are also available click here for costs) Or full LetOnly includes Viewings, handling enquiries including our new tenancy manager that narrows down enquires so you can see who works full time, declares bad credit or pets, credit searches collection of the first months rent and deposit and registration of deposit with the DPS custodial scheme. this costs 50% of the first months rent including vat.

All the documents are then stored online for you and the tenant to access at any time.
As soon as the tenant passes the credit search you will be sent a link to the online document folder this contains all your legal documents i.e. gas safe, EICR, deposit info and the AST along with meter reads and the info that the tenant swap over is done (on the full Let Only Services) Advertise only only includes the AST and your safety certificates in your online folder.
